Privacy policy
Last updated 3 October 2026. The short version: we hold almost nothing about you, and your game data stays in your browser.
Who is responsible
The data controller for personal information processed on pokerphones.com is Pocket Deck. Contact: [email protected]. The rules we work to are the EU's GDPR and the Finnish Data Protection Act.
What stays in your browser
The site keeps three small items in your browser's local storage: your age confirmation, your nickname with your coin balance, and a note that you dismissed the storage notice. The site needs them to work. They remain on your device and we never receive them. You can remove them by signing out or clearing your browser data. The cookie policy lists the exact keys.
Server logs
Like any website, our web server receives technical details whenever a page loads: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, your browser's user agent and the referring page. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure, for instance to fix faults and block abuse. Our legal basis is a legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We keep logs no longer than those purposes require, then delete them. A hosting provider processes them for us.
When you email us we use your address and message to answer you, and keep the conversation only while it is needed. The basis for this is our legitimate interest in replying.
What we leave out
- No sign-in accounts, passwords or payment information.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no scripts or fonts fetched from other servers.
- No sale of personal data and no sharing of it for marketing.
Your rights
You may ask to see your personal data, have it corrected or erased, limit or object to how it is used, and receive it in a portable form where that applies. To use these rights, email [email protected].
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Finland, that authority is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto): tietosuoja.fi.
Children
The site is for adults. We never knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If our handling of data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
