Terms of use

Who we are

pokerphones.com (“the site”) is run by Pocket Deck (“we”). You can contact us at [email protected].

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old. When you confirm your age on the site, you are telling us that you are 18 or older.

A social casino, with no real money

• The games are entertainment and use virtual coins only.
• Coins are free. They can't be bought, sold, transferred or withdrawn, and they can't be exchanged for money, prizes, goods, services or cryptocurrency. They are worth nothing outside the site.
• Nothing is sold here, and no prizes of real-world value are given.
• Doing well at these games does not mean you would do well gambling for money.

Your profile and coins

Your nickname and coin balance are stored only in your browser. If you clear your browser data, switch browser or device, or sign out, they are gone and we can't bring them back. We may change the starting balance, the top-up rule or the games at any time.

Pick a nickname that is not offensive or misleading and is not someone else's name or trademark.

Fair use

Please don't disrupt or overload the site, try to break it, copy it wholesale, or use it for anything unlawful. Editing your own coin balance in your browser changes only your copy and is worth nothing.

Game results

Results are random and are worked out in your browser. Rules and payouts are set out on each game page. If something goes wrong mid-game, for example the page reloads during a spin, that round may be lost. Coins have no value, so no compensation applies.

Ownership

The site's design, text, artwork and code are owned by Pocket Deck unless stated otherwise. The fonts are used under their open-source licences.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is and free of charge, and we may change, pause or close it at any time. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using the site or from being unable to use it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and carrying on after a change means you accept the new text.
